A third generation artist, I have painted thousands of pictures in my lifetime. My creative inspiration started in 1980s inner city Bristol where I grew up. I am inspired by human beings and their behaviour and the perception of the world around me. The myth of reality is a constant theme. I have shown my work in many countries, and four of my paintings are with the UK Government Art Collection. These days my work is made from reclaimed and recycled paint and materials. See my bio for more about my creative career. Please contact me for more about my street based work (@mumurartist).
